Founded in 1967, The Arts Council of New Westminster is an umbrella organization built by individuals and member groups who share an interest in visual, performing and literary arts. The Arts Council’s role in the community is to advocate for the arts at all levels of government and to foster support for anyone engaging in artistic and cultural endeavors.

The Gallery at Queen’s Park is located at the Centennial Lodge in Queen’s Park. The Gallery showcases exhibitions of emerging and established artists from Metro Vancouver. The Gallery at Queen’s Park is operated by the Arts Council of New Westminster.

The Van Dop Gallery was founded in 1996 by Trudy Van Dop and showcases the work of over 100 artists in a unique, contemporary home and garden setting. Visiting the gallery is an intimate and one-of-a-kind experience that exemplifies the union of art and living.

The Van Dop Gallery specializes in Artwork from both local and nationally known artists in all media. The Gallery provides services including private viewings, Art Consultations and Art delivery with installation.
